4.4 The data provided in the subscription of Calls for publications sponsored and published by the EDITORA CANARIOCA BIBLIOTECA CIENTÍFICA will be stored until the "upload" of the work to the E-Commerce Library page for the commercialization of copies is processed.

4.5 The data of the users of the online purchase of digital and/or printed copies will remain stored until the day of delivery of the product by the post office. Publishing Contract Cancellation Policy

On behalf of LA CANARIOCA SCIENTIFIC LIBRARY:

1. Failure of the user: payment; of sending the Recruitment Form, the Publishing Contract and the material for self-publishing.
2. Exceeding the limits determined in the chosen plan: total pages; Total Images; Total graphs and tables.
3. The user does not respect the minimum parameters of the layout of the texts.
4. Failure to return the test material within the time specified in your contract.

In any of these cases, the EDITORA CANARIOCA BIBLIOTECA CIENTÍFICA is not obliged to return the fees charged and will remain with the rights assigned by the User.

By the User :

1. Failure to comply with the agreed deadlines by the Editora Canarioca Biblioteca Científica
2. Failure to comply with the layout parameters (DIN and paper weight) determined in the plan chosen by the User.
3. Non-compliance with the term of "upload" of the literary work in the E-commerce Library window for its commercialization.
4. Failure to pay the consideration as agreed in the Publishing Contract.

In any of these hypotheses, EDITORA CANARIOCA BIBLIOTECA CIENTÍFICA will make a full refund of the fees paid by the User.

Both the EDITORA CANARIOCA BIBLIOTECA CIENTÍFICA and the User may adjust and restructure these incidents in order to promote the publication of the work without onus for the parties as soon as adjustments are made to the agreement through contact between both parties by email, telephone or staff.
